Comments on Heart Disease – Coronary Artery Disease (Part 1 of 3)
It could have been designed a whole lot better.. It’s a very small pump considering the work it has to do. It has narrow arteries and prone to disease…i.e you have to watch what you eat and exercise regulary otherwise it will probably clog up.
omg im fat, inactive, a smoker. and im a male, im chronically under lots of stress!
im under chronic stress of being fat and inactive!!
its funny when he tries not to laugh
Thank you Dr, Jeff.. All the information given were so clear and easily absorb by most listener. I am sure you have taken alot of your time to make this vidoe possible. I have been awaken by you and I think I am one of the possible candidate to have heart disease. I think it is high time for me to be serious and really understand how to maintain a healthy heart. I trully appreciate this video and May God Bless You.
Fondest Hellos, I realize your cardiac emphasis is more on atherosclerosis than on dysautonomia/EPS/Tilt Test, but we, the YT Community of people with dysautonomia would like to know what you can tell us about this disease. Please peruse my Favs also, to get global pulse on this illness.
Highest Personal Regards,
DrMargaretFerrante

“Atherosclerosis” is the scientific name for McDonald’s.
That was a very informative video!
I am still quite young, however, and therefore INVINCIBLE!

@JeffreyBrownMD and also in the slide keep it real u didnt mention about the alcohol intake as u mention age ,gender so..
i m hoping that in upcoming vidoes u can focus on some points which r important for medical students like me who r learning this topic in internal medicine
The fact that you’re so young certainly works to your advantage, and it sounds like you’re pretty healthy. The most important things for you to do right now is: get regular exercise, quit chewing tobacco (the risk of heart disease and mouth cancer is high), watch your weight, manage the stress in your life, and generally live a healthy lifestyle.
So, if I’m male then I’m automatically prone to this disease??? YIKES ARE U SERIOUSE? I mean, I’m only 23 and I stay active. But sometimes when I get stressed I feel a smal bit of heart pain and I chew tobacco. Now on the upside I do strengthen my heart with regular frequent cardio exercise…
So will I have somethin to worry about when I get older?
Yolly,
I’m glad you enjoyed it. Please forward it to anyone you think could benefit from it.
We’re all more likely to deal with this condition than any other, so we must be informed about it.
Dr. Brown I was able to watch 2 out of the 3 videos so far and I think that they are well done. The information was very well put together and in simple terms.
Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you got something out of this video.
Stay tuned for upcoming videos!
This video is very essential to all people who care about their health. This is as good as it gets for recommendations on how to stay healthy.
